In 2003 I had to go to Saratoga Springs to take a picture of the writer Russell Banks for an interview that would be published in the cultural suplement of the daily Spanish newspaper ABC. The train leaves from Manhattan’s Grand Central Sation, and, for many miles, it goes along the Hudson River. The train passes so close to the water that sometimes it felt as if we were being moved by the river’s stream.
Since that day, and for the two following years, I did a few trips to photograph the water, the bridges and the trees along the Hudson River during the sunset
