In the summer of 2005 I traveled with the reporter Alfonso Armada along the border that separates Mexico from the U.S.A.. The articles and the photographs were published daily, during the month of August, in the Spanish newspaper ABC.
The journey started at the begining of the border, by the Caribbean, in Brownsville, and its twin city across Rio Grande (in Mexico known as Rio Bravo) Matamoros. And it was followed by many other cities divided by the fence of the border, like Reinosa and McAllen, Laredo and Nuevo Laredo, El Paso and Ciudad Juarez, Nogales and Nogales… until the end, in San Diego and Tijuana, alongside the Pacific Ocean.
